Role & responsibilities
- Source candidates for Tech Mahindra BPS
- Head hunt candidates for voice & chat role
- Bulk recruitment for international voice process starting from sourcing & screening till joining
- Salary Negotiation
Preferred candidate profile
- Should possess good communication skills
- Must have 1 year of experience in BPO hiring (preferably international)
- Must have hands on experience working on Source mix- Portals, Social Networking sites etc.
- Should be comfortable with 6 days working from office
- Should be target driven & self- motivated
- Must have good convincing & Employer Branding skills
