Role:
Join Tech Mahindra’s International Inbound Voice Process team and be part of a global customer support operation. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity for experienced voice professionals and freshers looking to grow in a reputed MNC.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries via voice support
- Provide efficient and empathetic resolutions
- Improve customer experience and manage expectations
- Maintain feedback loops and elevate service standards
Eligibility Criteria:
✅ Minimum 6–12 months of international voice process experience preferred
✅ Excellent English communication skills mandatory
✅ Immediate joiners highly preferred
✅ Freshers with strong communication can also apply
✅ Must have all educational, experience documents, and payslips
