- Read and interpret insurance documents
- Analyze and process insurance claims based on SOPs
- Calculate Coordination of Benefits (COB) and patient responsibility
- Navigate multiple client systems to enter and verify data
- Maintain accuracy and productivity under tight deadlines
Who Can Apply?
✅ Freshers (0–1 years) of experience in any BPO or healthcare process
âś… Any Graduate with strong computer skills
âś… Typing speed of at least 25 WPM preferred
âś… Good English communication skills (oral and written)
✅ Willingness to work night shifts (6:00 PM – 4:00 AM, Mon–Fri)
