- Read and interpret insurance documents
- Analyze and process insurance claims based on SOPs
- Calculate Coordination of Benefits (COB) and patient responsibility
- Navigate multiple client systems to enter and verify data
- Maintain accuracy and productivity under tight deadlines
Who Can Apply?
✅ Freshers (0–1 years) of experience in any BPO or healthcare process
✅ Any Graduate with strong computer skills
✅ Typing speed of at least 25 WPM preferred
✅ Good English communication skills (oral and written)
✅ Willingness to work night shifts (6:00 PM – 4:00 AM, Mon–Fri)
✅ Should be flexible with shift timings as per business needs
