🔑 Role & Responsibilities

Handle international inbound calls and provide exceptional customer service.

Resolve billing-related issues and queries effectively.

Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions in the CRM system.

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues.

📌 Requirements

Experience: 1 – 5 years in inbound voice process (customer service preferred).

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication in English.

Problem-Solving: Ability to think quickly and resolve issues.

Familiarity with CRM tools and call center systems.

Ability to handle high call volumes in a fast-paced environment.

Willingness to work in a 24×7 rotational shift (5-day work week).
🎓 Preferred Candidate Profile

Strong knowledge of billing cycles, recurring charges, auto-pay, prorate charges, surcharges, and taxes.

Ability to handle difficult customer situations with patience and professionalism.

Multitasking ability with quick decision-making skills.

💰 Salary & Benefits

Experience (12–17 Months): ₹3.8 LPA – ₹28,700 in hand

Experience (18–23 Months): ₹4.10 LPA – ₹31,000 in hand

Experience (24+ Months): ₹4.3 LPA – ₹32,000 in hand
