🧾 Job Description

Join Tech Mahindra’s Customer Support Operations and handle international client queries via Chat Support:

• Handle and resolve international customer queries through chat

• Build strong customer relationships with interactive communication

• Meet customer satisfaction and productivity targets

• Work with global teams in a fast-paced environment

✅ Required Skills & Eligibility

• Minimum 1 year of international dual chat experience (mandatory)

• Typing speed: 35+ WPM with 90%+ accuracy

• Familiar with CRM systems and customer service protocols

• Strong command of English – both written and verbal

• Excellent multi-tasking, prioritization, and time management skills

• Graduation not mandatory – anyone with experience is welcome!
