- Experience: 0–3 years (Immediate joiners preferred)
- Work Mode: Work From Office (Noida)
- Working Days: 5 days working, 2 rotational offs
- Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

- Resolve customer issues, queries, and complaints efficiently.
- Provide accurate product/service information.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions in the system.
