👨‍💻 Job Role – Procurement Analyst

📌 Job Responsibilities

• Review and approve purchase requisitions & shopping carts within SLA timelines.
• Resolve invoice exceptions in collaboration with Accounts Payable and end-users.
• Create KPI reports and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide operational support for SAP SRM, VIM, ECC, Ariba Network.
• Ensure compliance with sourcing policies and invoice/PO accuracy.
• Collaborate with sourcing managers, third-party suppliers, and stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Contribute to process improvements, efficiency initiatives, and training new team members.

🎯 Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Any Graduate (B.Com, BBA, BMS preferred).
• Experience: 1–2 years in Procurement / Finance / Accounts domain.
• Technical Skills: Knowledge of SAP SRM, ECC, VIM, or Ariba is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills (English, Japanese preferred).
• Problem-solving, analytical mindset with ability to work in global teams.
