📝 Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum: Higher Secondary (HS) Pass

• Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience welcome

• Excellent English & Hindi communication skills (Voice Process)

• Typing speed: Minimum 25 WPM with 90% accuracy

• Ready to work in rotational 24/7 shifts

• No planned leaves for 3 months post-joining

• Should not have appeared for Flipkart interview via Tech Mahindra in the last 3 months

💼 Job Responsibilities:

• Resolve customer queries via voice calls

• Maintain customer satisfaction and professionalism

• Work 5 days a week, 10.5 hours/day (including breaks)

💰 Salary Package:

• Experienced (6+ months): ₹2.20 LPA

• Fresher: ₹2.12 LPA

• Apprentice (No PF Account): ₹1.92 LPA

• 100% Fixed Salary
