🧾 Job Role:

Finance & Accounts Executive – Record to Report (R2R)

• Experience: 1 – 5 years

• Location: Mumbai

• Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent

• Industry: IT Services & Consulting

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 15 years of regular full-time education (10+2+3)

• Any graduate with a B.Com degree preferred

• Good exposure to Journal Entries, Reconciliations, Book Closure

• Experience in Oracle / SAP / Hyperion platforms

• Strong working knowledge of MS Office

• Excellent communication skills (oral and written)

• Willingness to work in night shifts and rotational shifts

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• General Ledger Account Setup and Modifications

• Handling Journal Entries, Accruals, and Provisions

• P&L Review and Month-End Closures

• Clearing Accounts Reconciliation

• Compliance with SOX and internal financial controls

• SLA Monitoring and Continuous Process Improvement

• Customer Interactions and Delivery Supervision
