- Handle inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues.

Eligibility Criteria
- Any Graduate or Undergraduate can apply.
- Minimum 1 year of International Customer Care (ICC) experience is mandatory and should be supported by relevant documents.
- Prior customer service or call center experience is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills are required.
- Strong problem-solving and customer-handling abilities.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
- Good attention to detail and multitasking skills.
