Job description
**Tech Mahindra is hiring for premium process**
Designation – Customer Support Associate
Qualification – Undergraduate or Any Graduate/Postgraduate
Key Skills –
Candidate should have at least 6 months of experience in customer service
Ability to handle customers
Good in English communication
Ability to work in Rotational shifts
Ability to handle inbound calls
Location – Chandivali, Andheri East
Shift timings For males – 24*7
For females – 7am – 9pm (any 9hrs rotational shift)
Working module 9hrs shift 6 days working with 1 rotational week off
Age Criteria 18- 35
