Job description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, networking, referrals, etc.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on requirements.
- Conduct telephonic interviews with potential candidates to assess their fit for the role.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule face-to-face rounds and ensure smooth recruitment process.
- Salary negotiation
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, progress updates, and feedback.
- Update daily recruitment tracker
Must Have Skill:
- Must have experience in corporate inhouse recruitment
- Excellent communication & presentation skill
