Job Details:
Position: Customer Service Executive – Voice Process
Experience: 0 – 3 years
Salary: ₹2 – ₹2.5 LPA
Job Type: Full-time
Work Mode: Work from Office
Location: Navi Mumbai – Airoli
Age Limit: 18 to 35 years
Shift Timings: Any 10 hours between 8 AM – 8 PM
Working Days: 5 days/week with 2 rotational weekly offs
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer calls
- Resolve queries professionally and empathetically
- Understand customer needs and provide accurate solutions
- Maintain trust and rapport through effective communication
Eligibility Criteria:
✅ Freshers and experienced candidates (min. 6 months preferred)
✅ Undergraduates or Graduates eligible
✅ Languages: Must know English & Hindi. Additional languages like Marathi, Kannada, Bengali, Tamil, or Telugu are a plus
✅ Basic communication and problem-solving skills
Skills Required:
- Good listening and verbal communication
- Positive attitude and customer-centric mindset
- Multilingual skills are a bonus
- Basic computer knowledge
