Job Role:

Position: Order to Cash Analyst (OTC)
Experience: 1 – 5 years
Location: Noida
Shift: Night shift / Rotational shift
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
Education: B.Com / M.Com / BBA / MBA in Finance or related fields

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle income recording, cash applications, customer queries, and refunds

• Work on SAP and have strong accounting knowledge

• Apply remittances to customer accounts based on processes

• Download and process bank statements, remittances, and customer correspondences

• Perform daily reconciliation and communicate unapplied cash to collectors

• Manage customer invoicing, credits, debits, and refunds

• Resolve mismatches between customer and internal records

Eligibility Criteria:

✅ Minimum 15 years of regular full-time education (10+2+3)
✅ 1–5 years of relevant experience in finance & accounts
✅ Comfortable with night or rotational shifts
✅ Must be a registered candidate with a valid EPCN number
✅ Carry 2 photocopies of Aadhar & PAN Card
