- Handle inbound calls, emails, and chat support for technical issues
- Provide L1 and L2 remote troubleshooting for software & hardware (PC/Laptops)
- Support for networking, VPN, WAN/LAN, and Active Directory
- Document issues and escalate complex problems when required
- Deliver high-quality customer service and timely resolution

- Education: Graduation NOT required
- Experience: Freshers with good technical & communication skills welcome
