💼 About the Role: Customer Support Executive (Voice/Blended Process)
As a Customer Support Executive, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, handling inbound and outbound calls to resolve issues and provide product/service support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound & outbound customer calls efficiently.
- Resolve customer issues and queries with empathy and accuracy.
- Provide product/service information clearly and professionally.
- Maintain call records and documentation accurately.
- Work in a rotational shift environment (5 days working, 2 days rotational off).
