Job Role or Description
- To provide legal support in formulation of different type of contracts in day to day operation of the Tata Steel across all verticals, dispute resolution and litigation related to contractual dispute. Job responsibilities- Developing contract template-Drafting and reviewing of contracts and assisting in developing standard contract templates for procurement and other functions like operation, customer service, finance, IT, EPC, Contract Manufacturing Agreement, Supply Agreement land & lease etc; Drafting, interpreting, analyzing, negotiating and reviewing contracts-Drafting, interpreting, analyzing, negotiating and reviewing contracts, work orders, purchase orders and providing negotiation support to the procurement and other support teams and reviewing the legal documents for accuracy and compliance with applicable laws and regulations, internal policies and business team objectives prior to signature execution and acceptance; Dispute resolution–Supporting in Dispute resolution, including sending legal notices, advising stakeholders on rights and assisting in developing resolution strategies Litigation Management-Supporting in handling litigation related to contractual disputes; Legal support to various business function-Providing legal support on various business function related to contracts
