Job Role or Description

• Corporate Tax advisory services: Assisting unit level teams on direct tax issues arising out of business Assisting unit level teams on various direct tax compliances (viz. Form 3CD, e-TDS returns, Form 3CEB, SFTs, Certifications, etc.) and issues arising on them Corporate Tax compliance services: Prepare and review quarterly advance tax computation for various entities and ensuring timely payment of Tax Prepare and file monthly, quarterly TDS and income tax returns for various entities To ensure Tax compliance of GST and filing of GST Returns To file various returns of Income/TDS/SFT on Tax Portal Corporate tax assessment proceedings: Coordinate with F-COE/Accounts team members to collate data and supporting documents required for assessment Collection of information and data from SAP Preparation of Annexures and reply for submission before tax authorities and auditors. Preparation and management of MIS of tax litigation and other issues Preparing internal reports and trackers ongoing assessment and appeals proceedings Conducting verification for the purposes of issuing certificates under various provisions of the Income Tax Act, 1961 Document management
