Job Role or Description

• 1. The incumbent will be responsible for end to end Managing the Performance Management system at TIL 2. Work with Business HR, line managers and employees to set goals in line with the organization 3. Take ownership of the rewards & recognition process 4. Partner with the business on continuously getting feedback on strengthening the current process and deliver on getting better productivity 5. Liaison with the Talent Management team to ensure a smooth flow of data from the PMS discussion to further development discussion 6. Custodian of the performance & recognition data of all employees 7. Manage the ongoing reports required to run the system 8. Manage the HRMS system for the concerned module 9. Review and analyze business unit data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, and employee experience 10. Provide ongoing support to the leadership team on human resources-related matters, keep the policies and procedures updated and relevant (SOP) 11. Ensuring robust processes are followed 12. Be the window to the outside world through networking and benchmarking
