Job Description/Skills Required
- Ensure 100% sales process implementation and compliance Meet daily sales and conversion targets and improve performance on all KPIs (including OL, Edge Profit Pool and Accessory Sales) Customer Service: Ensure all customers are attended to appropriately and timely resolution of customer escalations Daily follow up on complaints with the concerned stakeholders to ensure timely resolution as per predefined SLA & TAT Improve overall customer experience (VOC, Customer NPS, Mystery Audit Score) and take corrective actions based on customer feedback Continuous Learning: Keeping updated on product knowledge, promotions and processes Attending trainings and taking Process: Ensure compliance of all SOPs relating to Sales and Service within the category
