Job Description/Skills Required
Role Objectives :
- Overall Responsibility of Business Partner & Finance controller for TCPL India Packing Material Procurement and other Non-Tea procurements like Capex. Overall Spend Control of 450 Cr approx.
Key Responsibilities
- Support to co-create Category P&Ls with insightful analysis on brand performance, Sales (value and volume), margins, relative market share etc.
- Collaborate with sales finance and PSO finance teams for pricing decisions based on underlying cost movements and competition tracking; prepare long-term financial forecasts for the category
- Responsible for helping category teams in NPD business case development through all stages of the Innovation process
- Support for execution of cost optimization/ revenue maximization opportunities; collaborate with NPD on specific initiatives being launched to improve top line / bottom line
- Support in digitisation and process improvement initiatives and provide analytical support to track marketing spend trend (ATL).
