Job Description/Skills Required
- Finance Partner covering CFA locations. Partnering CFA team in Strategic, Cost Saving, Digital Transformation Projects. Engage with the Delivery Head & Project team for delivering the objectives identified.
- Responsible for CFA Process Improvement in Customer Servicing. Monitoring OTIF, Invoicing efficiency, POD Efficiency, Stock Controls etc.
- Benchmarking & Transformation: Ensure Best in Class Processes across the Delivery functions; Lead Finance partnering in transformation Projects in the above areas.
- Business Case Evaluation: All strategic & transformational changes will have cost benefit associated with the same. Providing Inputs & working on business case.
- Financial Control & Compliance: To exercise financial controls across CFA locations and be able to appreciate the risks associated and implement mitigation plan
- Provide inputs for Capex Proposals & Implementing, monitoring Variable cost savings
