Conduct remote troubleshooting for End users. 9.Test alternative pathways until you resolve an issue 10.Customize desktop applications to meet user needs 11.Record technical issues and solutions in logs 12.Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel 13.Follow up with clients to ensure their systems are functional 14.Report customer feedback and potential product requests 15.Help create technical documentation and manuals 16.Installing Windows Operating System on desktops 17.Managing and troubleshooting access to shared folders 18.Configuring and troubleshooting Internet Explorer 19.Configuring and troubleshooting Outlook Express 20.Identifying and troubleshooting problems related to security permissions 21. Installation and troubleshooting of different application software using remote connection tools. 22. Installing and Configuring Citrix clients for Workstation. 23. Installing and configuring the Client O.S images through Windows Deployment Server. 24.Managing Active directory console, enabling & disabling user account and password reset with unlock the account 25. Managing users, groups and computers in domain environment. 26.Configuring & Troubleshooting Network Printer Issues 27. Implementing and Managing McAfee Encryption technology for data security in all laptops. 28. Configuring & Troubleshooting VPN and Wireless connectivity issues. 29. Troubleshooting Internet related issues.
