- · Form tailoring, workflow administration, report setup, data imports · Assisting in troubleshooting patch / release management issues · Develop UI forms, fields, notifications and workflows · Maintain JavaScript server/client code · Build reports, gauges, and home pages · Create new service catalog requests and items with variables · Create, monitor, modify, and publish service catalog workflows with approvals · Search, populate, and customize the ITSM knowledge base(s) · Create access control rules (ACL) · Good knowledge on Server and client side scripts
