Job Role or Description
- Ability to govern and audit the Knowledge Management process through metrics and reports
- Create content as required to support the knowledge management process.
- Ability to work independently, meet with business partners, and capture requirements
- Proven experience working effectively across an organization with stakeholders, process owner management, service teams, technology teams and subject matter experts to develop KB process new and existing products, features, and services.
- Provide information and training on the knowledge management process.
- Ability to handle multiple projects with an eye for prioritization.
- Ability to drive and make improvements to the knowledge management process and documentation.
- Monitor knowledge process activities and ensure delivery.
- Self-motivated with good problem solving and investigation skills.
- Promote an environment that motivates and facilitates teamwork, collaboration and cross functional communications.
- Proven ability to quickly learn and understand complex topics.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Support testing of the knowledge platform for the KM module during planned upgrades.
