TCS Mumbai Hiring for Chat/Email Customer Support Role.
Requirement:
Any Full time Non-Technical Graduate with 9 months to 5 years of work experience
Other Details: Excellent communication Skills- Written and Oral, Strong customer advocacy skills. Willingness to work in rotational shifts and night shifts Prior experience in international chat/email process is preferred. Should be able to handle all inbound customer service chat/email.
Eligibility:
