• 4–9 years of relevant experience in Record to Report (R2R).
• Strong knowledge of:

• Candidates from Investment Banking backgrounds are not eligible.
• Notice period should be up to 90 days.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the finance control environment for business systems and General Ledger interactions.
• Ensure accounting data is complete, accurate, and reconciliations are completed within timelines.
• Perform General Ledger reconciliations and maintain accounting controls.
• Manage exception handling processes and coordinate with customer service teams.
• Identify process gaps and implement preventive financial controls.
• Support operational finance initiatives, regulatory changes, and new reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients on finance control activities.
• Participate in finance transformation and process improvement projects.

• Willing to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
• Relieving letters from all previous employers are mandatory.
• Notice period should not exceed 90 days.
