Job Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute performance test cases and scripts.
- Identify and recommend Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs) for performance testing.
- Analyze software specifications and define performance SLAs.
- Monitor system performance using tools like AppDynamics and PerfMon.
- Work closely with project teams and developers to resolve performance bottlenecks.
- Define metrics such as response time, throughput, concurrent users, CPU and memory utilization.
- Manage multiple testing projects and priorities effectively.
