🧾 Job Profile: Citizen Service Executive – Non-Voice

This is a customer-facing, back-office role involving data entry, service handling, and customer support. The position is part of TCS’s collaboration with the Ministry of External Affairs at the Bangalore PSK.

💰 Salary Package

• ₹3 LPA – ₹3.5 LPA
• Full-time role under contractual employment
• Work location: On-site at Bangalore PSK

✅ Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Data Entry / Data Processing
• Qualification: BA, BBA, BBM, B.Com, B.Sc., BCA
• Good communication skills in English and regional language
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Computer savvy with good typing speed and accuracy
• Full-time education only (no correspondence or distance learning)
• Educational/employment gap must not exceed 2 years
• BE, B.Tech, M.Tech, MCA candidates are not eligible
• Candidates who appeared for TCS interviews in the last 6 months need not apply
