Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 15 years of full-time education (10+2+3)
• B.Com / M.Com or similar finance & accounting qualification
• Must be flexible with night shifts & rotational shifts
• Valid EPCN / EP ID mandatory
• Candidates must carry:
  • Updated Resume
  • TCS Application Form (Mandatory)
  • 2 photocopies of Aadhar / PAN Card
  • Passport size photograph

Key Skills Required

• Strong English communication
• Excellent knowledge of Excel & PowerPoint
• Good understanding of SAP
• Expertise in R2R / General Accounting processes

Key Responsibilities – Record to Report (R2R)

• Payroll & General Ledger Reconciliations
• Fixed Assets accounting, depreciation & analysis
• Journal Entries (Capex, Opex, Inventory)
• Foreign currency revaluation
• Intercompany & Bank Reconciliations
• Month-end close and book closure activities
• Audit support and preparation of schedules
• Balance sheet account reviews & reporting
• Supervision of accounting sub-processes
• Issue resolution in coordination with clients
