- Handling inbound customer calls related to banking products
- Responding to queries on Credit Cards, Bank Accounts, Loans, Deposits, Mutual Funds, Debit Cards, Forex Cards
- Managing billing queries, payments, EMIs, statements, and charges
- Processing service requests such as PIN generation, NetBanking access, FD advice, demand drafts, fund transfers
- Ensuring first call resolution and high service quality
- Accurate data entry, complaint logging, and follow-ups
- Adhering to audit, compliance, CRMNext updates, and banking processes
- Cross-selling banking products without mis-selling
- Maintaining call quality, productivity, attendance, and schedule adherence
