Job Summary:

Role : RTR (Record To Report)

Experience: 1 year to 8 years

Job Location: Nagpur

Eligibility

Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)

Willing to work in rotational shift

Skills

Strong knowledge of financial operations environment and supporting Month End close (Journal Entries & Reconciliation processes)

Excellent collaboration skillset.

Able to develop and leverage a strong cross-functional network.

Have strong communication skills written and verbal in English language.

Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for ensuring accurate accounting principal application, general ledger entries and balance sheet accounting for Billing Accounting, in adherence to corporate standards and deadlines.

2. Continue to build and develop key stakeholder relationships and the wider business to be best in class. Be confident in participating actively in meetings with Stakeholders

3. To have an analytical mindset approach in handling more complex queries, challenging the data and applying knowledge to think ‘does this look right’?

4. Review our Standard Operating Procedure documents regularly, making sure they are current and up to date to ensure consistency and controls within the team.

5. Ability to work in a cross-functional environment, with a passion to constantly learn and share your knowledge with others.

6. Proactively work on continuous improvement, identifying ways to improve our processes by standardization and increased efficiency.

7. Support the business with new and ongoing projects, as a subject matter expert and creating testing scenarios that will make sure the new projects fulfill our customer needs.
