🧾 Job Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound international calls for customer support
- Deliver prompt and efficient issue resolution
- Maintain service quality and meet SLA targets
- Ensure proper documentation and case handling
- Identify and share process improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with team members for effective service delivery
- Manage email/chat communication (where applicable)
✅ Eligibility Criteria:
- Education:
- UG: Any Graduate (except B.Sc IT, Stats, Math Hons., Eco. Hons.)
- MBA/B.Tech graduates must have minimum 6 months of international BPO experience
- Freshers allowed (except B.Tech/MBA Freshers)
- Skills:
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Basic MS Office knowledge
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts
