📝 Job Description

As a Process Expert at Tata Consultancy Services, you will be responsible for ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial operations including wealth management, trade reconciliation, and settlement processing for global clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform reconciliation and settlement processes for financial transactions.

• Ensure data accuracy and timely processing within defined SLAs.

• Manage reports and handle exceptions in trade and settlement activities.

• Work with financial systems and tools to maintain record integrity.

• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for query resolution.

• Comply with all audit and compliance requirements.

• Support continuous process improvements and efficiency initiatives.

🎯 Eligibility Criteria

• Any graduate with 1–5 years of relevant experience in:

  • Wealth Management

  • Reconciliation

  • Settlements

• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).

• Willingness to work in night shifts.

• Candidates must have all educational and employment documents.

• Salary must have been credited through a bank account (no cash-in-hand employment).
