About the Role – Business Development Manager (Emerging Corporates)
As a Business Development Manager (BDM) at IndusInd Bank, you will play a key role in driving customer acquisition and managing business growth for Emerging Corporate Accounts.
Key Responsibilities:

Acquire new Current Account customers in the assigned corporate segment and generate referrals.

Ensure high-quality sourcing and activation of new accounts.

Analyze client needs and promote appropriate transaction banking solutions.

Achieve monthly acquisition targets and meet performance benchmarks.

Conduct catchment mapping and scoping exercises to identify business opportunities.

Collaborate with the Area Sales Manager for lead management and business planning.

Provide feedback and market insights to improve acquisition strategies.
Who Can Apply
Preferred Candidate Profile:

Experience: 2–7 years in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance) preferred.

Candidates from other industries with a strong flair for open market sales are also encouraged to apply.
