Job Role or Description
- Hands-on experience on the below Unified Communications Applications and video conferencing devices: Cisco Unified Communications Manager, Cisco Unified Communications Manager Express, Cisco Unity Connection, Cisco Unity Express, Cisco Unified Presence, Cisco Emergency Responder CER, Cisco Meeting place, WebEx meeting server, Cisco Expressway, Gateways: Cisco VG224, VG248, H.323 Gateway, MGCP Gateway, CUBE, Endpoints: Cisco IP Phones, Cisco IP Communicator , Jabber, SIP Soft Phones, Cisco/Tandberg Video conferencing MCU and endpoints.
- Provided High Level Design and Low Level Design for New Implementation and up gradation solution.Have experience in setting up Cisco IP Telephony environment and Disaster Recovery Sites.
- Configuration , installation and Troubleshooting (Cisco CUCM, Voicemail, VoIP Endpoints & servers)
- Expertise in Dial plan management, call accounting systems and voicemail systems
- Experience in Audio Conferencing, Video Conferencing and Web Conferencing systems
- Executing Customer Specific Proof of Concept.
- Expertise in various tools such as Cisco Ops Manager, RTMT( Real Time Monitoring Tool), Cisco Prime collaboration, SolarWinds , HP NNMI.
