Job Description/Skills Required
Strategic:
- Should be well versed in FICO and its sub-modules of SAP ERP environment and SAP S4 HANA architecture, data modeling and analytics.
- Frequently engage with business team to identify scope of process improvements.
- Provide inputs for system roadmaps defined by business, solution strategies and process architecture.
- Review performance of the support team.
Operational:
- Act as a SME for internal customers.
- Conduct a critical review of the change requests raised in terms of standardization and best practices.
- Follow up with the operational users for timely completion of user testing and closure.
- Evaluate the solutions provided by the support team along with time estimates.
- Frequently monitor the status of open tickets with support team and ensure timely implementation of the solutions.
- Ensure adherence to the Change Management Process and conduct a periodic process review for improvements.
Team and People
- Should be able to deal with cross functional and international teams.
- Should have excellent communication skills.
Skills:
- SAP FICO Implementation in ECC and S4 HANA environment.
- Knowledge of SAP Treasury and Funds Management.
