💼 Role: Video KYC Officer
- Experience: 1 – 3 years (VKYC experience preferred)
- Salary: ₹2 – 4.5 LPA

Eligibility & Requirements:
- Education: Any Bachelor’s Degree
- Age: 21 – 30 years
- Excellent communication skills (English – verbal & written)
- Strong listening & interpersonal skills
- Good working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Confident, positive, and self-motivated team player
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct inbound & outbound video calls with customers for KYC verification
- Verify customer details and ensure document accuracy
- Handle follow-ups & callbacks to complete the VKYC process
- Maintain professional customer interaction throughout the call
- Ensure compliance with security, quality, and process guidelines
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer delight
- Act on feedback from Team Leaders & Quality Coaches for performance improvement
