Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation via market visits, DSE interaction, and channel partners
- Customer Relationship Management: Product explanation, query resolution, cross-selling
- Dealer Relationship Management for consistent business flow
- Deal Processing: Document collection, RSPM/SAGE data entry
- Coordinate with internal teams (credit/ops) for loan disbursement
- Meet KPIs: Loan Disbursement, EMI resolution, RC collection
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Education: Graduate or Undergraduate in any stream (Commerce preferred)
- Experience: 1–2 years in Commercial Vehicle Sales
- Must-Have:
- Two-wheeler with valid license
- Good understanding of RTO procedures
- Familiarity with UV (Utility Vehicle) finance
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
