Job Role or Description
- 1. MIS: Monthly quarterly and yearly closing activities, variance analysis w.r.t the budget, and compilation of various MIS Reports 2. Budgeting: Co-ordination with all departments for timely and detailed compilation of the annual Budgets 3. Effective management of Funds, monitoring the cash flows, drive collection of receivables 4. Audit Compliance: Internal Audit, Quarterly Limited Reviews, Annual Statutory Audits and quarterly reporting to Board 5. Internal Financial Controls Ensuring the compliances as per the Framework for Internal Financial Controls 6. Statutory Compliance: Overseeing the compliances related to TDS returns and Payments, GST returns and Payments, Income Tax returns including Tax Audit and Transfer pricing 7. Management of Export benefits and ailment of concessions related to imports. 8. Monitor & control the Capital Expenditure 9. Hedging the forex exposures
