Key Responsibilities

Handle motor claim intimation, registration, and documentation

Verify policy coverage and assess claim admissibility

Coordinate with surveyors and workshops for vehicle inspection

Review and validate repair estimates and technical accuracy
-
Negotiate repair costs with garages
-
Identify discrepancies and potential fraud indicators
-
Process claims within defined TAT
-
Update customers on claim status and provide support
-
Ensure compliance with IRDAI norms and internal guidelines
-
Maintain MIS reports and track claim progress
Eligibility Criteria

Qualification:

Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Automobile Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
