Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end insurance policy processing (new business, renewals, endorsements, cancellations)
- Verify proposal forms, KYC documents, and ensure accurate data entry
- Coordinate with agents, internal teams, and customers for timely policy issuance
- Manage customer queries related to policies and service requests
- Track pending cases and follow up for approvals and documentation
- Maintain records, documentation, and MIS reports
- Ensure compliance with IRDAI guidelines and company policies
- Assist in claims coordination and documentation (if required)
