💼 Job Description

Role Overview:
As an Associate in US HR Operations, you will be responsible for managing client HR processes, documentation, and communication efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming help requests from clients via email or phone in a professional manner.

• Document all client information and query details accurately.

• Learn and understand HR tools and systems to provide quick resolutions.

• Record, track, and document all client interactions, problem-solving steps, and resolutions.

• Resolve client issues in line with defined SLAs and process standards.

• Maintain data logs and update records as per Wipro’s compliance policies.

Work Environment:

• Night Shift Only (Both Side Cabs Provided)

• Fixed 5 Days Working (Saturday & Sunday Off)

• Service Agreement: 1 Year (Mandatory)

• Immediate joiners or candidates available within 10–15 days preferred.

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Any Graduate – BA, B.Com, B.Sc, BBA, BBM, MA, M.Com, PGDM, Part-time MBA

• Not Eligible: Full-time MBA & B.Tech freshers

• Experience: 0 to 3 years in backoffice or data handling roles

• Age Limit: 22 – 27 years

• Skills Required:

  • Basic MS Excel knowledge

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Attention to detail and strong data handling ability

  • Willingness to work in night shift
