Sutherland is Hiring for 6 months of Contract Airlines Email Process. (Claims & Refund)
Requirement:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Salary- 16k to 18k
- Shift Timing: 7am to 4pm | 4pm to 1am (Home Drop)
- Sunday fixed off/ Alternate Saturdays are off.
- Immediate joiners can apply.
- Work from Office.
- Experience in Refunds and Claims would be added advantage.
- Fresher with excellent can apply.
What would you do?
- Handling customer queries via emails.
- Identify and assess customers need to achieve satisfaction.
- Address and resolve consumer queries/requests/complaints and disputes.
