Job Description/Skills Required
- User Knowledge Operations-Screening users for identity, background checks, sex work, online searches, high risk screening, event screening, data labeling
- Verifying the records and taking decision to accept or reject the user request
- Good knowledge of client products and policies
- Good knowledge of KYC norms
- Able to investigate and action system generated queued reviews for potentially compromised accounts, fake account, fake listings, oensive content moderation, scams in messages and proles
- Help resolve inquiries empathetically, accurately and on time.
- Become and remain knowledgeable about clients products
- Review the reported content within agreed turnaround times and standards of quality
- Escalate issues to SMEs/QAs
