Responsibilities
- Monitor and support day-to-day delivery as invoicing processing
- You would be the process SME and support training when required
- You will assist the Team Manager to achieve high efficiency, quality, compliance and customer and user satisfaction and contribute to continuous process and IT improvement, standardization and automation.
- You will ensure achievement of SLA targets and agreed KPIs, identification of root causes of operational issues and implementation of improvement measures and fosters people development by setting targets, coaching, providing feedback, encouraging knowledge management, skills development, foster team culture in order to ensure a strong service attitude and high level of employee engagement.
- You will play a pivotal role in the transition of the invoice processing process demonstrate a strong knowledge of the accounts payable process
Education and Experience: 4 – 8 years of experience in managing shared Services delivery set up with:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- You have strong knowledge on MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
- You have through understanding of invoice processing within Accounts Payables
