Responsibilities:

End-to-end AR calling for provider-side physician billing
-
Handle CMS 1500, Denial Management, CPT codes, modifiers
-
Handle night shift with fixed weekly offs
-
Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of claims
-
Candidates must reside within 25 KM radius of office
Requirements:

✅ Minimum 2 years of experience in AR calling (mandatory)
-
✅ Knowledge of RCM, US healthcare, and denial process
-
✅ Strong English communication skills

✅ Immediate joiners only
🩺 Quality Analyst – US Healthcare RCM
Responsibilities:
-
Monitor calls and transactions for quality & compliance
-
Conduct audits, analyze trends, and generate reports
-
Offer feedback and training to enhance performance
-
Ensure accuracy in medical billing, coding, and documentation
Requirements:
-
✅ Minimum 1 year of experience in US Healthcare RCM (non-paper experience accepted)

✅ Strong in quality auditing, reporting, claims processing
-
✅ Good verbal and written communication
-
✅ Detail-oriented and proactive in improving processes
