Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer concerns and queries through calls, emails, and chats

Resolve product and service-related complaints with professionalism

Provide detailed explanations of company services

Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and issue resolution
Required Skills:
✅ Excellent verbal communication skills
✅ Typing speed of 35 WPM with 90% accuracy
✅ Strong interpersonal and customer handling skills
✅ Good understanding of customer support processes
✅ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
✅ Willingness to work night shifts and from office
✅ Must reside within 15 km radius of the office location
Eligibility Criteria:

Education: Graduates and Undergraduates can apply
