🔎 Job Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries via calls/emails courteously.
- Maintain logs and records of all issues and resolutions.
- Understand basic HR processes and respond within SLAs.
- Troubleshoot and escalate client concerns when needed.
- Work with MS Excel for data entry and documentation.
- Follow company procedures and maintain confidentiality.
✅ Eligibility Criteria
- Graduates in BA, B.Com, B.Sc, MA, M.Com, part-time MBA/PGDM.
- Must have basic knowledge of MS Excel.
- Willingness to work in Evening Shift only (Mandatory).
- Immediate joiners or those available within 10–15 days.
