💼 Job Role: International Voice Process Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Interact with international customers via calls, emails, and chat.

• Handle complaints, provide information, and resolve issues efficiently.

• Explain services or products in detail to customers.

🧠 Required Skills:

• Excellent verbal communication in English

• Typing speed of 35 WPM with 90% accuracy

• Basic customer support knowledge

• Freshers & Experienced both welcome

• Graduates and Undergraduates eligible

• Flexible to work in night shifts and from office
